2025

2025 was a year of meaningful growth for me.
I began the year with a simple but powerful intention: I am going to feel happy this year. That mindset shaped everything that followed.
I stepped into creativity in new ways—creating a dexterity coloring book and a dot-to-dot book, and learning how to create with AI. I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone by going on a cruise, something I once would have talked myself out of. I continued my writing journey, which became essential to my mental well-being, completing five books focused on panic and anxiety—books I still thumb through daily to keep positive affirmations present in my mind.
TikTok turned out to be a fun and unexpected space. I enjoyed the friendships that formed there and discovered a new vision for marketing that felt aligned and authentic.
The most impactful growth, though, came through therapy. I learned how to recognize who I can trust and who I cannot—and, just as importantly, how to be at peace with those decisions. I’ve always been a “scenario queen,” but this year I began rewiring my thoughts, choosing to think more kindly about myself. I’m learning that it is okay to be me.
As I move into 2026, I plan to continue this growth—writing more books, finding myself more deeply, and allowing the process to unfold at its own pace. Even when it feels slow, I’m learning to enjoy the journey.
