Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
Are there things I try to practice to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
Absolutely. I try to make small, meaningful choices that add up over time. Some of the things I practice include:
Reducing waste – I reuse containers, repurpose materials, and try not to overconsume. I’m always asking, “Can this have a second life?”
Being intentional about what I buy – I support local shops and try to buy from small businesses or ethical brands, especially when it comes to gifts, home goods, or materials for my creative projects.
Conscious eating – I lean into whole, fresh foods and reduce how much processed stuff I buy. I also avoid wasting food and plan meals with purpose.
Digital sustainability – I create and sell digital products, which have a smaller environmental footprint and can be shared again and again without generating waste.
Walking when I can – If I don’t have to drive, I’ll walk. It helps my mind, body, and the planet.
Upcycling and DIY – I love using my creativity to turn old or unused things into something new and beautiful—whether it’s in art, home décor, or journals.
Caring for my pets responsibly – Even my kitties are part of this! I try to use natural litter and eco-friendly pet products when possible.
Sustainability, for me, isn’t about being perfect—it’s about doing what I can, when I can, with love and awareness.
