How do you practice self-care?

Funny you should ask—I just spilled the glittery details in a video on my blog (go check it out!).

But here’s the short version:

Me Time is Mandatory. If I don’t pause and recharge, I start glitching like a 90s dial-up modem.

Meditation & Movement. Whether I’m on the yoga mat or chasing discs in the park, I like my peace served with a side of motion.

Art + Cats = Instant Therapy. I color, draw, and occasionally consult with Thunder and Stormi about life. (They’re very opinionated.)

Writing & Journaling. Nothing clears the mental cobwebs like putting it all on paper—plus, it gives me something to look back on and laugh at.

Oh—and Disc Golf. Yes, I hurl plastic discs into the wind and call it balance. Works like a charm.

So that’s my self-care cocktail. Sparkle optional, cats required.
